Our working model includes client on-site work and travel. Our key clients and Qral team members are clustered in the following metro areas: Boston, New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco.

General Qualifications

  • ​Intellectual curiosity: self-motivated to solve unstructured problems with an analytical mindset and find the extra “aha!”

  • ​​Grit: demonstrated history of personal achievement, proactive initiative, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done

  • ​​Passion: excitement to work in a dynamic, start-up environment

  • ​​​Analytical thinking: ability to break down complex problems, evaluate information with a strategic mindset, and develop data-driven solutions

  • ​​Client presence: ability to relate to clients, communicate effectively, and establish relationships

Specific Qualifications

  • Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in a discipline requiring a strong analytical aptitude

  • ​​Advanced degrees preferred –  Ph.D., MD, PharmD, or MBA

  • ​Internship and project experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, analytics, data management, or similar

  • ​​Depending on the role: Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python, Power BI, analytic & database management fundamentals

  • ​Knowledge of biotech/pharma industry is a plus
